The manager seemed to be helpful after the mix-up with Expedia (third-party) overbooked rooms and me and my daughter was almost out of a place for the night. The other team mates had to relocate because of this mix-up.. Terrible experience on both parts Expedia and Extended Stay.. Someone needs to complete audits at night. This should not happen. They turned away so many guest and it was sad!!

Room was not ready at check in (930 pm). Had to wait until after 10 PM to get into room. They do allow dogs but charge $25 per pet per night. No amenities available (no coffee in lobby, no coffee maker in romm, no supplies in kitchenette, no ice maker). Fixtures needed update, carpet in hallways in poor condition, and side door to outside did not self latch.
