Front desk agent was on her phone and didn't have a name tag. Room was okay but not great.

Make sure you dont double book. They charged me twice for my room but claim it was only once. But money was taken out of my account twice with Extended Stay America showing. I liked the room, it was very quiet and even though it was a handicapped room, it was nice.

Very friendly and acommodating staff. Got a double bed instead of queen. Free breakfast was advertised. It was supposed to be oatmeal muffins and granola bars. I wouldn't call that breakfast myself and they were out of muffins and granola bars. We were expecting a little more.
