I was incorrectly charged a late check out fee, my rooms shower was disgusting, front desk didn’t accommodate for the leaking shower.

Good hotel! We love this hotel for all of our concert stays - always friendly service and clean rooms but for some reason the halls always have a very strong smell of some sort - other than that great place!

This property served it's purpose of a place to stay for a night out of town. The whole property is suppose to be smoke free but clearly it's been smoked in at some point. The hallways and rooms smell like old smoke (we had 3 rooms they all smelled like that). We were suppose to have all 3 room together ( I checked in first and the girl at the desk yes). 2 were, 1 was on a completely different floor at the other end of the hotel. OK stay, but some service issues I had a somewhat rough stay at Extended Stay America. My room was generally comfortable and safe, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and polite. However, when I arrived for check-in issue, the hotel was overbooked.
