It was a fine stay, I was a little concerned by the strong cigarette smell coming from our room despite it being a no smoking room. It could have been a little cleaner, the shower drain looked a little crusty and there were streaks on the mirror. However, there was nothing horrible about our stay. They provided us with a relatively quiet room, wifi, and a TV. If the room was cleaner or the facilities a little nicer it would’ve made the stay less average, but all and all I can’t complain too much.

Our room was upgraded when we needed handicap accessible, which was great. Problems were that the shower had only hot water, the bathroom vent didn't work, and there were lots of noisy, yelling, upset people around, including an encounter in the lobby where the police were called, and a neighbor that yelled for the better part of a day. So you wanted a handicapped room, eh? Average stay at a decent price. The front desk can be busy and travelers are long worn from the pandemic. So is the staff especially given the faults of the computer systems or issues with its use. I should have had a handicapped room but did not, an issue when you are a fall risk with spinal cord problems.

Quiet stay Got the job done. Clean, basic, quiet, good for an overnight trip. I was only in the hotel from about 8pm to 8am. It was quiet outside and I slept pretty decent. Beds were comfortable. Only concern was outside of the hotel, there were discarded hypodermic needles and a lighter in the parking space that I pulled into.

A used bar of soap was still left in shower. A plunger that said for kiten only was in bathroom & shower curtain was dirty.
