OK stay, but some service issues I had a somewhat rough stay at Extended Stay America. My room was generally comfortable and safe, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and polite. Front desk agent was on her phone and didn't have a name tag. Room was okay but not great.

Make sure you dont double book. They charged me twice for my room but claim it was only once. But money was taken out of my account twice with Extended Stay America showing. I liked the room, it was very quiet and even though it was a handicapped room, it was nice.
