upon entering the property there was a bad odor. My room had a similar odor -- not good.

My room smelled like smoke or incense, which gave me a headache. I asked for another room, but they said the hotel was completely full. Over the next couple days I saw this was not true. We had snow each day, but the front walk never got shoveled.

Liked proximity to airport. Liked the front desk staff. Did not like the pillows or that there was not a coffeemaker in the room

Keep looking... It is fine. The interior is minimally renovated. No one works the front desk, they only come out when you stand in front of the camera. The entire common area smelled of weed. There was no TV remote in the room. The heat was set to 78 in my room, needed to open windows in January to cool down room. They did not shovel or clear snow in the morning. Kinda sad.

This is a DIY hotel. No one makes your bed you DIY. No clean towels on a daily basis. No in-room coffee maker. Beds were lumpy and pillows small. 12 TV stations to choose from. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars in the lobby. Staybridge and Holiday Inn are a block away-better to stay there

Great place! Everything we come to Grand Rapids we stay at this hotel and have never been disappointed - great service, clean and close to everything - we are in Grand Rapids a few ones a year for concerts and this hotel is our top choice!
