O.K It was a very nice hotel for a longer stay but night staff wasn't all that friendly or helpful. A lot of maintenance issues too that were an inconvenience.

Sleep and leave Was not too bad. Check in was no problem. The worst part was a sign that I saw in the hallway. It mentioned they would beat anyprice anywhere for their hotel by 10%. [...] I did not know of the 10% until I was already there. The bed was not too bad, but the middle dipped. We basically only needed to sleep before a conference the next day so it was not too bad. Had a big fridge and a stove. Nice overall

Pretty good, for a bargain motel The building was nice, but I wasn't impressed with the service. The carpets were filthy in the elevator and hallways. The kitchenette was a very nice feature. The rooms were pretty nice for a bargain motel.

Comfortable and clean suite. This is a good hotel, but since it is extended stay they don't change your sheet or make the bed every day. But, there is enought towels in the room to last for 3 days for a single person. The kitchen is nice. In my case the fridge did not work, but I really did not need it. All in all, I liked this place and I think it makes sense to have a cheaper room since I don't really need my sheets changed everyday. And the location of this hotel is really good. Clean rooms and good location Extended Stay America is well kept up and is convenient to the malls and restaurants. Definitely would stay there again.

Convenient, clean, inexpensive lodging Nice, clean rooms. Complete kitchen. Friendly desk staff. Rooms could use better insulation for sound between floors as our upstairs neighbor's moves were unusually loud compared to stays at other motels. The location is great - anything you need is on 28th St. a mile in either direction! Close to Grand Rapids and all it has to offer. For $50, you can hardly go wrong!

Great staff Yeah it is not a new building by any means, but the staff was friendly and we had fun in the pool and hot tub , price was right. We will stay again when back in good old GR!!!!
