Will return if need to stay overnight again. I would put a full sized coffee maker in the room.

Home away from home... This was one of our better experiences. Thanksgiving evening and the hospitality of the staff was just as if we never left our dinner at "Mom's" house. The room was way more than we expected and you just couldn't beat the deal.

Good value for the money Hotel is in a great location for access to 28th street. Excellent price for a one night stay. The carpet in the hallways have seen better days and since there are kitchen facilities in each room you may notice the smell of whatever the last person there had for dinner. Overall the room was clean, check in was easy and there were no hassels at check out. Staff was helpful when needed.

O.K It was a very nice hotel for a longer stay but night staff wasn't all that friendly or helpful. A lot of maintenance issues too that were an inconvenience.

Sleep and leave Was not too bad. Check in was no problem. The worst part was a sign that I saw in the hallway. It mentioned they would beat anyprice anywhere for their hotel by 10%. [...] I did not know of the 10% until I was already there. The bed was not too bad, but the middle dipped. We basically only needed to sleep before a conference the next day so it was not too bad. Had a big fridge and a stove. Nice overall

Pretty good, for a bargain motel The building was nice, but I wasn't impressed with the service. The carpets were filthy in the elevator and hallways. The kitchenette was a very nice feature. The rooms were pretty nice for a bargain motel.

Comfortable and clean suite. This is a good hotel, but since it is extended stay they don't change your sheet or make the bed every day. But, there is enought towels in the room to last for 3 days for a single person. The kitchen is nice. In my case the fridge did not work, but I really did not need it. All in all, I liked this place and I think it makes sense to have a cheaper room since I don't really need my sheets changed everyday. And the location of this hotel is really good. Clean rooms and good location Extended Stay America is well kept up and is convenient to the malls and restaurants. Definitely would stay there again.
