Great room for the money Good location, very clean, new room
Great Experience The location was great, close to food, shopping and just minutes from Downtown Grand Rapids. The rooms were spacious and very quiet...I would recommend staying there, especially for the price!
motel in grand rapids Not fancy, but efficient. Quiet atmosphere. I liked the ducks near the retention pond behind the motel.
Home away from home My experience at ESA was generally a good one. The only issue that I had was that there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise, my visit was as expected.

Great Room for the money Very comfortable rooms. Not far from markets and fast food that you can prepare in your room kitchenette. Be aware that the temp. control is very sensitive. It's easy to be too hot or cold pretty quickly. Close to the airport and spacious.
Pleasantly surprised! I recommend this hotel. Quiet but yet within 1 bk of the busiest street in Grand Rapids (28th St). Nice to have a kitchenette (full-size fridge!)because it does save you money. Pleasant neighborhood, not a lot of traffic. Well groomed landscape. Hotel staff very professional and courteous. Bed was soooo comfy. Soft pillows and thick towels. Good for one person. It would get crowded if more than two were in the room. But all in all it is a great little hotel.
