Great Room for the money Very comfortable rooms. Not far from markets and fast food that you can prepare in your room kitchenette. Be aware that the temp. control is very sensitive. It's easy to be too hot or cold pretty quickly. Close to the airport and spacious.
Pleasantly surprised! I recommend this hotel. Quiet but yet within 1 bk of the busiest street in Grand Rapids (28th St). Nice to have a kitchenette (full-size fridge!)because it does save you money. Pleasant neighborhood, not a lot of traffic. Well groomed landscape. Hotel staff very professional and courteous. Bed was soooo comfy. Soft pillows and thick towels. Good for one person. It would get crowded if more than two were in the room. But all in all it is a great little hotel.
One of the rooms had a roach in it and the other wasn’t as clean and looked like the ironing had throw up on it my whole visit was dissatisfied

The property is not well lit. No visible signage from street
Would not stay here again.
I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in that place!
