Entire third floor smelled like smoke, bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Carpet in hallway needed vacuumed

Service The room was very nasty also bugs in the restroom in the am when I woke up…. TV barely worked…. I want a full refund….

Got to check in late and no employees around had to call the office twice and 30mins later we were able to start the check in process. Truly find unappreciated and un welcomed.

Horrible Infestation of ants coming in from cracks all over the hotel room and bathroom. Gathered in clusters. Lifted up the sheets and there were bugs underneath and blood. Lifted up the couch cushions and there was food from the most recent guest underneath. Sinks weren’t clean. Debris left from previous tenants. Was here for a work stay and left early to check in somewhere else because of how disgusting this place was. No toiletries or clean towels. Entire place reeked of smoke.

When you know better you do better , you live how you was raised , holiday inn and suites, whyndam suites, hell even comfort innn ,would never !!! They need new management and employees, or they need to be shut the hell down ASAP!!! NEVER AGAIN !! “ cause wasn’t absolutely nothing extended nor suite about it at all

Musty smelling room with water damage in the bathroom.

There was supposed to be a carry out breakfast but there wasn’t. The desk area was closed 10:00 pm till 9:00 or 10:00 am. There was a kitchen in the room but no glasses or coffee maker, no ice machine, no snack machine or drink machines. They allow dogs which is nice but the walls are so thin we could hear a dog barking at night. Also there was a large puddle of urine in the elevator. They did clean it up quickly though. Won’t stay there again.
