Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They did not give us the room we paid for and made no apologies whatsoever and refused a refund and then they had no breakfast as promised and the front desk closed at 10 and didn’t open until 10 am and the keys constantly didn’t work so we were often locked out of our room with no front desk worker

Service The room was very nasty also bugs in the restroom in the am when I woke up…. TV barely worked…. I want a full refund….

Got to check in late and no employees around had to call the office twice and 30mins later we were able to start the check in process. Truly find unappreciated and un welcomed.

Horrible Infestation of ants coming in from cracks all over the hotel room and bathroom. Gathered in clusters. Lifted up the sheets and there were bugs underneath and blood. Lifted up the couch cushions and there was food from the most recent guest underneath. Sinks weren’t clean. Debris left from previous tenants. Was here for a work stay and left early to check in somewhere else because of how disgusting this place was. No toiletries or clean towels. Entire place reeked of smoke.

When you know better you do better , you live how you was raised , holiday inn and suites, whyndam suites, hell even comfort innn ,would never !!!
