Info on website is not true about this hotel No coffee, coffee maker, dishes nor utensils in the kitchen and when I complained on check out receptionist told me I should ask for but no one mentioned on check in. One small tube shampoo for two of us two nights stay thank god I brought my own. No blow dryer in bathroom. There is no breakfast what they have there is NOT breakfast.

5 star rates for a 3 star hotel. The room we had was I think a handicap room. The bathroom didn't even have a vanity around the sink, nowhere to put your toiletries. The desk staff were less than friendly. Breakfast was included. It was a grab and go breakfast, a granola bar or a packaged muffin and a coffee!!! We had just spent the night before at a different hotel and continental breakfast that was included was fantastic. We would not stay at this hotel again. Over priced for what you get.

Lots of potential Bloody sheets, dirty floors, large barking dogs and grumpy unfriendly front desk personnel. Rooms are nice, location is good. This would be a great place and good value if the people who work there cared about their guests.

Don't stay here. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. The side doors didn't unlock so you had to go in and out of the front door only. Our room phone didn't work at all. They didn't have our reservation in the system when we got there. Thank goodness I print copies of everything. Our tv had a white streak running through it. Breakfast was a joke. Granola bars. Clean, Terrible customer service Very clean and great location but some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was like they left a bunch of teenage mean girls to run the place. Not at all helpful, rude to other patrons, terrible check in. 7:30 a.m. no coffee ready and she went and hid in the other room so I couldn't even ask her if it would be made soon.
