There was no staff on call from 11pm to 7am when I needed them to stop a noisy neighbor upstairs, a complete safety issue! No breakfast at the hotel as advertised, the rooms smelled of cigarettes even though it was non smoking! The toilet was clogged and I had to plunge it myself and they charged my room to my sisters card when they weren’t supposed to! A sleazy motel is what this was and I wish I could give it Zero Stars!

Rather live in my car next time The ad claimed pots, pans and breakfast included. None of them were included for the FULL price. The fridge smelled like old fish and the manager didn't care or offer to do anything for me
