It felt very dirty and rundown. Staff was nice though. Floors in room was greasy and there was a roach crawling in the bathroom! I wouldn’t stay here again….

Only 2 out of 5 washing machines working. Residents here say it's been like that for months. Yesterday, elevator went out of service. Still out of service now.

No creamer for coffee…. smh
The property looked clean. Yet had a strong odor like if the carpet was damped, A humid smell mixed with cleaning supply. So potent when i returned home my backpack and clothes smelled like it. The pool water looked brown. I didnt even bothered getting into it. I dont know if the gyy was a local but told me and niece to jot get in it at night. Honestly the only thing we liked was that the staff was nice. Upon arriving there was a small german roach in the sink then another one in the room floor. In the middle of the night when going to the restroom and turning on the light there were german roaches all over the floor - didnt feel like asking for another room since my children were asleep and it was too late at night and we only had a few hours until check out. The Checking in lady was helpful and nice but after that everyone else was unfriendly. They Always had an angry face whenever u asked for something. Hotel smelled bad. Felt very humid that bed sheets were moist. Employee said it was normal. Wouldn't get cleaning services until we stayed a week. Pool was dirty.
The door wouldn’t shut all the way, The people next to us were super loud guessing they were family cause the door had a note to not enter on paper.
