We enjoyed the quietness and the area the hotel was located in the Galleria area.

THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!!!! ALL OF THEM WENT ABOUT AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE OUR STAY WAS GOOD!!!! The only thing I wished they had COFFEE WITH FRENCH VANILLA CREAMER! Love the hotel, Staff and our stay

The hotel was ok, the main issue was the fact that they didn't have clean bed sheets there were stains on the bed sheet.

Not too good No large towels, spots on counter and floor, looks like some kind of corrosive was dripped.

Not worth the price The stay was NOT the best especially for the price a night. There was a big roach in our bathroom, NO TOWELS OR SOAP. So to have A big pandemic such as covid and have no soap was really frightening for me. The tub was dirty when we arrived so we had to clean that up a little ourselves. Also there was rust and dust everywhere to where we had to go buy a little lysol can just to feel safe.
