Staff was extremely courteous and provided great service. Overall condition of hotel was not good at all. I could hear and see water in the walls behind the shower wall dripping from another restroom. Walls in the hallway were patched up and missing paint. Holes were cut in the ceilings in the hallway with exposed pipes. Carpets were stained and the facility smelled.

Expected more... Well for this hotel to be in the Galleria area I would have expected a higher quality. Smoking isnt allowed yet there were cigarette burns in the floor of the bathroom. The floors were sticky as if they werent moped at all. The tub in the bathroom was a little dirty. The bed was kind of sunken in-in the middle and not very comfortable.
