Expected more... Well for this hotel to be in the Galleria area I would have expected a higher quality. Smoking isnt allowed yet there were cigarette burns in the floor of the bathroom. The floors were sticky as if they werent moped at all. The tub in the bathroom was a little dirty. The bed was kind of sunken in-in the middle and not very comfortable. Very clean inside and outside , a lot of cameras on property to keep vehicles safe The parking area is well lit, the doors are locked, you cannot go in and out without your pass

Back entrance The exit and entrance needs to be updated. There's only one way out and traffic is crazy
