Very strange stay! My husband and kids stayed in a two queen bed room. No housekeeping stopped by because they clean every 7 days. Breakfast was not breakfast just coffee!! No Pool!! There was never anyone around in the front desk! Horrible Hotel

Not again Room had a funky smell. There were prositutes and beligerant drunk girls in the lobby. The air conditioning barely worked. Bed was not comfortable.

Never Again! We were given flat pillows, and when requesting more where given two more very worn replacements. The sign in the room says please give us a list of dishes you want, and we will deliver it, but the Hotel says you need to come get your own dishes. The breakfast was coffee, water, hot tea, apples and oranges, and granola bars. For the location and the other reviews I expected at least a little more comfort I would not rate this a 2 1/2 star hotel. Bad bad It's was very bad the front desk help was on her cell phone talking to her boy frenid while we were in line to check in I never seen anything like that before it was very very bad

Terrible Dead mouse one morning at front door. Smelled in the hallway like arm pit. Trash can was full of someone else's trash when I checked in

Poor to be located on westhiemer The tables were dirty, the staff was poor, and everything was just tacky. You would think because it was located by the Galleria it would be nice. Well not at all! Not worth the money period.
