Never Again!!! There were people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot that made me worry about my safety. There was a drink lady passed out in the hallway that I almost had to step over on the way to my room. Fortunately, the hotel allowed me to cancel my reservation and I found another hotel.
Would not return Clean but worn. Plaster ready to fall from leak on ceiling. Overpriced for what you get . Coming back for a week and got upscale Crown Plaza Hotel for cheaper.Front desk person at check out very helpful but 1 man show. Had to wait for him at check in to appear as no one at desk. Sign said be back was helping guests . There were 3 other guests waiting for help with problems also. Not his fault, Budget hotel and You get what you pay for. Check out person not overly friendly. No coffee in room .
Good location. I won't be back. They have done the typical extended stay makeover but this particular property is quite sorry and smelly. I did not enjoy my three night ataystay. The funny thingI thought I was booking the extended stay less then a mile away. The best of part of this hotel is the location and the Italian restaurant right next door. I won't be back.

Roach Motel The hotel was old and looked very tired. It was long past a need for remodel. My room had roaches. When I reperted it to the front desk there was another guest reporting the same thing. The staff was very apathetic. Since I was there for 5 days I asked to get fresh towls and sheets half way through my stay. I was told they would "TRY" to get to it. Of course, they didn't. Very disappoited with this hotel. I have stayed at other properties at thie chain and never has it been this bad.

Horrible experience. It was horrible, lied to by person checked us in. He had changed our reservation and blamed it on hotels.com.WE WILL.NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS AGAIN.
Hotel staff subpar and hair in tub. Hotel staff was always in the back and not at front desk. Room was not really clean. In area close to shops and restaurants but this hotel could be better. If possible, try to find a room on sage road. It would be worth paying a little more.
Extended Stay America- galleria Great price for area but my room wasn't very clean. Scum and corrosion on tub, dusty and my room had a wet moisture smell. Oh and they will not clean your room unless requested. One of the hotel workers named Guy made me feel uncomfortable with some of his responses to my questions I had... Border line perverted.

Good location The kitchen was great. Breakfast usually ran out of all fruit but apples. All in all good location. Could tell they were short staffed. Would stay here again.
