We were on the plane the whole day and came there late at night and they didn’t have any rooms available for us!!!! Even though we booked AND paid a month in advance!!!! This is an awful experience with no rooms and bad customer service. They couldn’t help us at all and I was tired and disappointed. Nothing like this ever happened to me before . Worse experience ever!!!!
The property is very run down paint coming off the walls no ice machine, soda machine gives out incorrect selection.

Horrible I paid for the room and I went and they told there’s no rooms

The Property to me is not what it says on Expedia it’s really filthy the elevators need to be fixed the front desk is horrible it needs a lot of upgrades I’ll never stay here again
