No hot water.. barely warm shower

The staff members were very friendly. Many of the amenities listed were not available, insufficient, or out of order. I contacted the hotel about this and, weeks later, had not heard back. It wasn’t worth the money.

Didn’t like anything about the property, stayed with my family. Lobby and hall area smelled like bit of weed mixed with air freshener. Air freshener wasn’t very pleasant smell. No carpets in the rooms. Smelly linen.

Worse stay I have stay at this hotel a lot and have had great services. But this stay was the worse. I don’t know who this employee that they had working at check in but he really did not care about his job. He was more concerned about doing work in the back instead of dealing with customers. When I checked in he gave me keys that didn’t work. So I when back to the lobby to get new keys that worked he caught attitude. Like it was my fault that the keys didn’t work. Expedia messed up my reservation and it did not show up upon my arrival when I contacted customer service they didn’t do a good job handling this matter even though I had a reference number for my itinerary. Extremely frustrating situation and the lack of concern didn’t help.

I didn’t like that there was bugs on the bed and that there were roaches roaming around the room
