Very difficult to get a hold of front desk and or staff

The room smelled like smoke, the comforter and sheets had stains as well as blood stains that werent mine. There was no kitchen items(coffee maker, etc) in the room. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If it weren't for my desperation and need of the cheaper price for the stay i would have went somewhere else.

Will not stay again Upon arrival, we were told that they "over booked". Another member of our party was asked to find another hotel. The room we were given was not the room we booked. We booked two queens and a pull out sofa, but were given one king. When I asked about extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa, I was told there were none due to the booking issue and a broken washer. The location made this an ok stay. Not too far from museum campus and zoo, city center around the corner, and right off of major highways. I did not like the condition of this building or that it smelled of cigarette smoke.
