Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night :(

Well, as I was checking out, the Fire Department arrived, I believe in response to a false alarm from the hotel’s fire alarm system. I love Fire Dept. people because they once kept my house from burning down. They certainly don’t need to be making runs d/t false alarms. ESA needs to repair their fire alarm system, like, yesterday.

Allgemein sauber, etwas spezieller Geruch im ganzen Hotel. Personal ist freundlich, Ausstattung und Gebäude etwas veraltet.

Very difficult to get a hold of front desk and or staff

NO RESPETARON MI RESERVACIÓN Reserve para 3 adultos y un niño y al llegar, solamente me ofrecian una habitación de una cama, argumentando que estaba el hotel lleno y que no había más opcion mas que dormir en el suelo, no ofrecian camas extra ni sillones cama, absolutamente nada, tuve que hablar a la gerencia de la cadena de hoteles ya que la persona del mostrador no podia resolver nada, les exigi me respetaran mi habitación si no se podia en ese hotel, pues en otro de su misma cadena y despues de una hora y media en el mostr... read more

The room smelled like smoke, the comforter and sheets had stains as well as blood stains that werent mine. There was no kitchen items(coffee maker, etc) in the room. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If it weren't for my desperation and need of the cheaper price for the stay i would have went somewhere else.

Will not stay again Upon arrival, we were told that they "over booked". Another member of our party was asked to find another hotel. The room we were given was not the room we booked. We booked two queens and a pull out sofa, but were given one king. When I asked about extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa, I was told there were none due to the booking issue and a broken washer. The "breakfast" the man at the desk spoke of was nothing but coffee and a packaged muffin. The night person was polite and tried to help; however,... read more
