business trip to Energy Centre elevator was out the entire 2 day, 2 night stay i was put on 2nd floor

Nice stay It was an okay stay, I was comfortable, I slept well, it wasn’t noisy, it was clean. The only thing that was missing was bath soap. That's about it!

Where’s the WiFi Traveling for business. Very difficult because wi-if service at hotel is extremely poor. Don’t know why it’s difficult to correct. Front desk reaches out to service provider. Results are poor. Suggestion: change service provider. Same problem for last two years. Very inconvenient.

Non Smoking Property Bring your own cigarette but can because there’s no cigarette but cans available unless you go to the far corner of the hotel outside
