ROACHES!!!! Checked into my room at around 11pm and the room had bugs crawling on the floor, walls and in the sink. Absolutely gross and very surprised the brand allows this.

We were checked into a room that had cockroaches. After speaking to the manager we were given a different room. Later on I requested to go back to the first room and see if I had left my water bottle there and was told that someone else was staying in there! I was shocked they put someone else in the room when I had told them there were roaches in there! Heavy presence of bugs in the room. No utensils or glasses in room. Vending machine bottle water section not working

Terrible smell The rooms smells like cats, dogs and cigarettes .The lady at the front walk was really nice but offering me other rooms but they were all in the same condition. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The room had had crazy amount of roaches. Left the hotel as soon as i realized the increasing number of roaches. Disgusting place

Saw 2 cockroaches in the room, the microwave was busted it worked but dropped small particles from top onto food, halls smelled of skunk, didn't have coffee makers, washer/dryer were out of order, included breakfast was "unavailable", very dissatisfied overall. If you can, stay somewhere else.
