we stayed for 4 nights, There was a bathroom in the hall across from us that had homeless people permanently living there.. Nights were very loud, and the smell of alcohol just penetrated the room. I went up to the front desk to notify them and nothing changed. Our room never had room service... no clean towels, no toilet paper and when I went to the lobby to ask they said we had to wait for the following saturday. We stayed from sat-tuesday.
