Ran down hotel, no hot water and bugs. Very uncomfortable! Couldn’t cancel or change hotel without still being charged for my stay. Disappointed with the accommodations. The staff was very polite but the hotel needs a major overhaul.

Roaches everywhere from bathroom to walls to kitchen area

Too many thugs hanging around. Won’t be back.

I only stayed in it for less than 15mins. The room had trash in the fridge and drawers. The bed had a stain, and on top of that my husband got bit by something on the bed.

Cleaning chemical smell when walking into the room was overwhelming. No ice machine in the hotel. Breakfast was only coffee. Bathtub was gross & black hairs stuck on the bathroom wall. Black hair in kitchen drawers. Roaches in kitchen. Window in room was unlocked. Review page won't allow me to upload pictures.

Roach infested!

The staff were friendly and the rest of the property seemed fine but the room I was put in smelled very strongly of urine. I couldn't relax at all, the smell was disgusting. The bathroom has one tiny light and is extremely dark and the walls of the hotel are very thin. Absolutely not worth the price.

All the rooms have roaches. The roach coach hotel, I went to ask to be moved to a different room because of the roaches I saw in my room, was told by the front desk clerk all the rooms have roaches. I contacted hotels.com for a refund, and left I couldn't stay is a terrible infestation.
