Horrible environment and rooms like garbage

Roaches everywhere got my license plates stolen rooms were not clean. HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK THERE!!!!

Lot of bugs in the room. Complained to the hotel management and requested for another room. But they denied. Dirtiest place ever stayed. Never again!!

No warm water, no shower (maintenance??) not informed! poor WiFi, bedlamp not working, not clean.

Not satisfied. The issue was being able to book a room online and pay at the time of booking, only to arrive to the hotel and be told that all of the rooms are full. This lead to 5 hours on hold, a night of sleeping in the car and not having my booking adjusted until the afternoon of the next day. Totally inconvienced and as much as i would like to continue being a regular customer, im not sure it Hotels.com is something i can continue to use if it will put me and my fsmily at risk.

I checked into the hotel late 01/11/2024. Due to things I had to do in town, I wanted to be on Katy-FWY and I totally missed the other hotels which I saw when I was driving around. 1. Area and parking lot reminds you of a low income property you watch on TV. 2. Pet Friendly, which is ok, provided you can keep the pet odor out of the rooms and hall way! It’s non-smoking but the pet odor was worse. 3. TV in the room was not working 4. Complementary utensils are not available, you have to pay a $20 deposit to get it…I’ve never ... read more
