I loved the look and the amenities that came with the room but I was killing roaches the whole time there and I pay way too much money to stay there to be killing roaches to make sure that I didn't bring any back home to my home as well as no one ever came to ask if I needed by sheets changed or toilet paper or new towels, I literally had to go to the front desk and ask for those things on my own

roaches, toilet backed up in first room they had to put me in another room mold around tub seals were soap go and no pots pans!!!

When arriving the pool looked to be under construction. The manager adv that my room was no longer available and booking over books. The room was suppose to be non-smoking smelled like straight ash trays and had roaches walking around very disturbing and disgusting

Made and paid for reservation before arriving. The place was totally dark and front doors were locked with a sign to call. Woman answered and told me they were overbooked and she couldn’t help.
