Roaches everywhere, smelled like smoke , tub was dirty, bed covers had makeup all over, I felt like I was getting bitten throughout the night. They don’t give you the latest checkin time. Checkout times are weird latest you can leave is supposed to be 12 but it was 11 the girl that was at the front deck literally held our room door open until we got all our things out and it was obviously someone in the restroom using the toilet but she still stood there. Would never recommend or come back.

Smoky air, strong smell of cleaning products, it was unbearable to my kid with respiratory issues..the kitchenette is mentioned but when you enter the kitchen, there is no dishes, cookware, or spoons. When I asked for them, the front desk young female said we have to pay inorder to get them. And she proceeded to say we get what we paid for . I had to check out the next morning.

I booked the hotel room with Kitchen but the room was dirty and a smelly. The cooktop was not working, room light was not working. Although staff was helpful but the property was in bad shape.

My husband and I checked in at around 3p and all was fine face value we left our bags. We went down stairs and found dog feces on the carpet and not to far we found a loose dog that started growling at us. We went about our business and enjoyed our day/evening then came back and fell asleep then the problems started. My flight was delayed. When I called the hotel to inform them I’d check in after hours they stated they could not do anything for me. I had to check in the next day during normal business hours.
