Loud refrigerator, vending machine not working. It was too hot to go out to gas station as recommended

Very nice and convenient.
The staff member Carolina at the check desk for was very nice and helpful. The property entry is only one way in and out. Upon arrival, you have to make sure you slow down because you can miss the entry. I will suggest that a sign be placed at the street level if there isnt one out there already. As for my room, it was clean, there were some markings on the counter and paint cbipped on the wall, but for the most of my stay i was comfortable.

We have stayed at this property three times as it is close to our grandsons' school and easy in and out to where we need to go. The rooms are clean and the staff are very professional and helpful

I was disappointed with the freeway noise - I asked for a room away from the noise but it was still super loud. The room was ok, the bed comfortable but no toilet paper in the room when I got there. Breakfast really wasn’t good - cold muffins or instant oatmeal. Coffee was luke warm. People were very helpful and easy to find. I guess, for the price and proximity to Rice it is OK.

Minor repairs need to be made That shower head needs replacing because the water doesn’t come out like it should. The bath tub has a crack in the bottom of it, if you step close to it you can feel it tub move under your feet. The bench that was supposed to be in there only has a piece of the metal bracket that used to hold one. The toilet flushes slowly so you have to flush twice to make sure everything goes down. The water is very slow to get hot. All can be fixed easily, so the next travelers won’t have to deal with these ... read more
