The model of customer service An excellent experience with a most wonderful helpful mgr (day shift). He was most friendly and very professional oriented customer service. The front desk clerk Toni N mirrored the mgr as excellent and friendly as possible. Made a big difference of the overall impression of the facility.

Kind service, older hotel could use room updates Decent place to stay for a night. TV didn’t turn on without asking help desk for (check the plug) advice. Would have been nice if room was cool, AC to be on when we arrived. Very hot out and in the room. AC also quite old and took a long time to cool the room down.

We stayed 4 days & didn't get fresh towels until the morning we left...every time we asked for some they'd tell us to go back in 30 minutes. We had to go out & buy our own.
