ok I arrived late and very tired. The elevator was out of order and I had tons of luggage. Thankfully, I was only on the 2nd floor. The front desk rep , Daija, was so nice. She offered to help me with my bags. She really did not have to do this and I did not expect it. I really appreciated this as I was so tired and worn out from traveling. I would have felt miserable if she wasn’t so polite to help me.
