Friendly, accommodating staff, descent rooms, not much of a view given the location, but comfortable. Unfortunately, my key card had some issues and had to be re-keyed 3-4 times --which meant a special trip back to the desk each time. Otherwise --AOK!

First room had not been cleaned, but I was immediately assigned a different room. Many of the TV channels were snowy.
