Good location for my purposes, nice large free parking lot. Rooms are only serviced (clean towels, beds made, floors vacuumed, etc.) every 7 days! No exercise room, no dishes or utensils in self-service kitchen. Room smelled s\strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Interesting clientele, looks like a lot were only one welfare check away from being homeless. Not their fault probably, but still might be off putting for some.

Great location. Breakfast is symbolic. They don’t clean your rooms if you stay for a few days. No cookware, bring your own. But for the price and the location, I’m willing to overlook all that. I‘ll definitely come back to this hotel in the near future. Perfect location.

I chose this particular hotel for convenience near the university along with price. The hotel is a wholly non-smoking facility. When we checked in, the first room given to us was so saturated with cigarette smoke that we immediately requested a change. We were given a different room which thankfully was decent. However the room had no washcloths or toilet paper. These issues were easily remedied. My biggest issue was that they do not have an ice machine.... at all. It was such a shock.
