Our room was very small. Had to ask for a bed side lamp as it did not have one, there was no microwave in the room, bed was uncomfortable, needs better water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom sink took forever to drain
First extended stay that was not a good experience. There were roaches in the room, bed was super hard, toilet kept clogging, no dishes in the room Nor did they have any at the desk to give you, The phone in the room didn’t work,so I had to keep going to the desk if I needed something, the air did not work good, windows would not latch when lift it up to get some fresh air, did not have a good breakfast for an extended stay. I will probably not ever go back to this extended-stay.
Rooms needs maintenance bad. Bugs crawling all over rooms
Lacks of cleanliness
First room had a broken window. The window was hanging on by 1 edge when I got to room. The next room had roaches. Both dead and alive. There was piles of dog? Hair under the furniture. Sticky spots on floor. These rooms are definitely not cleaned to the “10 point” cleaning practices that are advertised. The lady at the front desk was very understanding, though and refunded my money without hesitation. I was only at the property for 20 minutes.
Roaches, roaches, roaches Toilet would not flush. Lots of roaches in the room.
Going downhill
Disappointed I chose a suite so that I could prevent going out to eat. I chose this level of hotel for free internet and breakfast. There was nothing in the kitchenette to use for cooking or eating, so I had to go out anyway. The internet was free for low-level, but you have to pay for useful internet. The “breakfast” was a joke. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bed felt like a flat stone. I was entirely disappointed and dissatisfied with everything except the staff. They were nice.
