None working toilet I knew I had to get scoped the next day and my toilet was not flushing properly. I stopped by the front desk that morning as I headed off to the hospital for different testing and let them know. When I came in that afternoon I saw a plunger in the bathroom and said all is well. Horrible service. We rented a room with a sofa bed always do and in every room we have staied in the sofa bed has linens, this one did not. When i went to go ask for some. I was told to come back in two hours because she was on lunch. My husband went back two hours later and he was told they were barely being washed and to come back in another two hours. Roaches in room, strong cigarette odor from bathroom permeated our clothes and caused headaches, smoke alarm chirping in night. Limited staff overwhelmed with refugees and not enough help. The property has deteriorated. We had to wash everything we had in room to get out the smoke odor from the bathroom.

Find somewhere else to stay The minute we got to the room, my husband and I were covered in fleas. We immediately requested another room and it was much better. No carpet and cleaner. The pool was green. Gross! The TV remote was missing and when they found another one for us, it didn’t work. There were huge dust bunnies under the furniture. Free breakfast was a joke. Pre-wrapped muffins and instant oatmeal was all they provided.

Roaches The room was infested with roaches they always run out of the supplies such ass Pots , pans and dishes this extended stay hotel they should have enough supplies for Every guest or at least be like candlewood suites who already have the supplies needed in every room

We travel 7 hours every 2 weeks for treatment at MDA. We have stayed at various hotels over the past 3 years but have stayed at this property every stay for the past 6 months. Most of the guests seem to be there for MDA also, due to the hotels close proximity. In general I would give it 3 stars as it's an average, ok place to stay, but not always cleaned as well as it could be, until our last few visits.
