The front entrance smelled of marijuana! This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The front desk agents are rude and not friendly at all. The room didn’t smell fresh the toilet felt like it was going to fall apart once you sit down. There was no cooking equipment you have to go downstairs to get if you need them. Also the same for towels. I would never stay at this hotel again!!

Many cockroaches in our room. Told front desk she said ok, I said no, not ok. She said I will make a note of it. I said Totally UNACCEPTABLE !!! Got no response.

Overall disappointed I was given a handicap room (didn't need one but that's ok). The tv was placed so close to the walkway to the bathroom that I bumped into it almost knocking it over. The place was too small to accommodate a wheelchair, should someone in one need a special room. The phone didn't work. The toilet didn't work right. Flush once and it plugged. They assigned a room to me knowing that the sofa bed wasn't working when I specifically asked them for one and when I went to the front desk so I could get another room they told me they had no more rooms available so I had to sleep on the floor, the bathroom was broken and when I notified to the front desk about the resroom and that I neede lenin to sleep on the floor they gave me dirty sheets and nobody fixed the bathroom, DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

This is the worst hotel room that we’ve ever visited. Matress on the sofa bed looks like someone got murderd at this place. Stains, blood under the sofa tons of food, dirty, windows moody and broken, door across our room busted open with... crawbar..fan out of order. Fully equipped kitchen without a single dish, pan, silverware and etc....upon request and waiting time to get for 2 days. One dirty chair with stain around the table. No coffee at all.After third request we get coffee pot.. but not coffee. They do not offer free... read more
