This place is for patients receiving care at TMC who need nearby lodging at a low price. I was looking for something a little more cushy. My bad. Decor was bare bones. Visibly worn but probably clean. Some amenities (dishes, etc.) are only available on request. If you stay several nights you’ll probably get all that worked out. Bed and TV were ok. Parking was close. When I checked out before 2nd night nobody asked why.

Worst Service I’ve Ever Gotten One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. The hotel is under construction. But that’s not terrible. The workers and painters are friendly and stay out of the way. The room was covered in scratches, burns, and tears. The carpet. Couches. Floors were gross. There’s people that live in the hotel indefinitely. They’re hanging out in the parking lot late at night playing music and being obnoxiously loud. The worst though is the hotel staff. The bed was hard we had to change our own sheets and you always have to look for staff. Was there for cancer treatments and not how someone want to rest on a hard bed and do everything yourself

No one was at the front desk. Had to wait fpr almost 15 minutes. They didnt have extra towels. There were 6 of us in a room with 2 towels. The pool was closed. (No prior warning) there were loud people in the halls at 2 am. There is a 2 inch crack inder the frony door into the hall which was creepy. No water pressure in the showers.

Lisa was the check in person who serviced my family and I and she was by far one of the rudest people we ever encountered! She wasn’t customer friendly and the attitude she displayed was horrible! The entire facility was like a dump, she informed us that majority of the people staying there were patients which confused me. I’ll never stay at that hotel again!!! Never!
