I like that the property is walking distance to MD Anderson medical center. What I didn’t like was that the whole room smelt like a dirty bathroom and there were roaches. Roaches were a problem at my previous stay there as well. Front desk lady was not at all pleasant. She did not greet or welcome me at all. I would expect much lower prices for this.

Breakfast was very poor, coffee was not very hot at all. Asked for housekeeping was advised that they cleaned every 2 weeks. Did not get my receipt emailed to me.

Had my reservation when arrived to check in there was no available rooms and the staff was very rude about it.

Bad It was dirty, had bugs and in very poor condition. Smelled bad. Will never stay again.
