Average to below average place to stay Hotel states and has in the room a note stating they have plates and utensils at the front desk. They had no utensils. Leak on kitchen area floor. Left towel there to help soak that up. I’d rate the place as average at best.

Terrible hotel The staff was unfriendly upon check-in, unsavory characters were in the parking lot upon arrival. Upon entering the building the smell of smoke was overwhelming and seedy characters were hanging in the hallway and one even followed me to my room. The room smelled old and moldy and also smelled of old and fresh smoke. Bathtub was peeling and couch had a hole in it and was cloth. The vending machines were not working and also there was a water leaking in the kitchen. I informed staff and didnot do anything.

Never Book with this Hotel We didn’t get to stay because they gave our reservation to someone else. We had to call Hotels.com to help us find some place else and they paid the difference plus some for our four week stay.

Convenient to MD Anderson...BUT... We needed a few days before moving into a longer term rental. This location was perfect and price was right to get the first half of the family that would be without a car situated and able to walk to the first appointments. BUT three things made this stay more stressful than it needed to be. First, the family across the hall from us had almost teenage children that would scream at their mother and late into the evening.
