Good place to stay! I enjoyed my stay. The room was great. The location was close enough to what I wanted to do in Houston- the museum district, downtown for the opera. Easy access to the highways. Reasonable rate. I made the reservation the day of my stay.
Houston medical center location ... fair rating. Reserved a queen, got a double. Beds not comfortable. Dirty towels in bathroom. NO DISHES OF ANY KIND! NOT EVEN A PLASTIC CUP. Romote did not work for tv. Desk lady was very friendly and efficient! Grounds are nice and close to Houston medcal center.

The staff was friendly. I have stayed here before and the rooms were dirty. This time the room was clean. No room service.

I have stayed there several times prior to vivid. I liked the coffee and muffins in the morning. The staff was always nice. They should have ash trays outside for people to use, instead of the grounds. I killed a spider and some small bugs in my room.

The front desk personnel were very happy and nixe and helpful WHEN THEY WERE THERE. Most times they were gone away from front desk and we all sat in the hallwaay waiting. Maids do horrible job cleaning, checked and went to bathroom and poop was in there, kitchen floor sticky, sofa bed was bloody and stained.replaced sofa bed with another stained sofa bed.

Great Stay, very accomodating with our pets. Sadly the wifi wasnt working correctly when we visited tho.
