The hotel was a bit below standard. A/C is right next to bed, with less than 6 inches between bed and unit. Makes for an uncomfortable sleep - cold legs as no way to avoid A/C.

ONLY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID TRAFFIC If you want to save some money, and hate the traffic after attending a concert at the NRG Park, this is a good place for you to stay, other than that... THE STAFF Staff is not very friendly, we arrived late at night after a long driving and the Front desk person was not very friendly and she did not activateour keys correctly, so we had to come back downstairs so she could fix it. bad smell, bad kitchen ,small bed ,expensive the bed was very small they didn't offer a baby crib, What kind of hotel don't have baby crib...!!! The bathroom fan is too noisy sounds like a turbine...!!! Wall plugs are few and loose The kitchen is completely empty there is latterly nothing to cook with not even silverwares. The oven is a mess all heads are coming off No tissue box Very slow WIFI Bad staff dont even know how to speak politly to a custmer Old and smelly hotel Definitely don't deserve the $116 I paid

Kun om du skal på NRG Stort rom med egen kjøkkendel, men ingen inventar på kjøkkendelen. Å kalle det som ble servert i resepsjonen for kontinental frokost er en ren løgn. Muffins, energibar, kaffe, varmt vann og poser som kan blandes ut for å lage grøt. Det var det hele! Super beliggenhet i fall du skal på en av arenaen i NRG park (vi var på Houston Rodeo) , ellers ingen grunn til å bo her.
WOW, WISH I TOOK PHOTOS BUT DIDN'T. I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. THE LOBBY AND FRONT DESK AREA SHOULD TELL ALL. OUR KITCHEN WAS STOCKED WITH NOTHING AND I WAS NEVER TOLD YOU HAD TO ASK FOR ANY OF THOSE ITEMS AT THE FRONT DESK. THE CARPET WAS FILTHY. STARBURST CANDY STUCK IN THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, DISCUSTING. THE COMFORTER HAD STAINS ON IT.

Not so good stay They gave us a room that was occupied. The second room they gave us smelled bad.
