Old hotel but renovated rooms. Bathroom faucet was not working... They offered to change the room. Very minima Breakfast.

Great Location, renovation about to take place. i dont know if it was that they´re a couple of days before startingt a major renovation, but they have the hotel in a very bad condition, the staff was very helpful and friendly, but they dont do the room cleaning and they dont let u know thta u have to pay extra for this service.

Convenient due to it's proximity to NRG Stadium. The rooms had three lightbulbs that weren't working, which counted against their facilities management. We had faxes sent to us, which arrived without any hiccups (thumbs up). Small items for breakfast and although we didn't use them, washers and dryers were available.

Best In It's Class. I have stayed in other long stay hotels, including Extended Stay in other Houston locations, and for a place offering only the basics (absolutely no housekeeping nor a restaurant) it is satisfactory for a short period. However, if located located in a room on the third floor front, the security lights at night can make difficult sleeping and the noise of the parking does not help. Regarding housekeeping, it is provided complimentary once a week, and on request for a small additional charge. A Grab-N-Go breakfast is also provided daily in the lobby from 6:00 am to 9:30 am. Looks Can be Desceiving Rooms weren't completely clean. Hair still in showers.

Great place to stay! Chris is one heck of an employee for your Hotel! Made our stay very pleasant, he always had a smile on his face and was very welcoming, that is so hard to find nowadays, we traveled 200 miles and were tired, after those hours on the road my 81 yr old mother was tired, Chris not only checked us in promptly without any hassles and he got us a room on the 1st floor very easy for my mom to get to, wow.
