Houston stay Close to medical complex, big plus on the location and price, booked through expedia. Horrible that no attendant is on duty late at night. It was a nightmare trying to obtain an invoice if you booked through expedia. Hotel wouldn't give it and if you arrive before midnight, the invoice reflects the next day which is a problem if you paid by your employer.

Nice hotel. Hotel was close to our appointment. Rooms were very spacious.
Fantastic front desk very willing to help and happy!! Workout rooms needs new equipment looked like I went back in time to the 1970's...water would be nice in the workout room and sweat towels. Our room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, carpet needed help...stains and wore spots but nothing I myself couldn't deal with. Ok for price Spacious with clean rooms. The halls smelled like an ash tray. Breakfast was a packaged muffin. Staff was very nice.

Great I loved it. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be staying here again.
The service was great. The heater clicked all the time when it was on and the bathtub stopper didnt hold water but the only thing that really rubbed me wrong was the condum rapper on the floor by the bed.

A bit rundown Overall, the hotel was a little rundown. It didn't seem to have any updates in a very long time. My room was adequate. There was an area behind the commode that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time (the dust was thick!). The bed was lumpy and the sheets didn't fit properly (slipped off the corners during the night). The heater worked... a little too well. I finally had to turn it off completely.
