great location Great location walking distance to the nrg stadium. Our room we checked into was a 2 bed and to find out it was dirty and then they told us they had no clean rooms till the next day so the gave us a 1 bed for 4 people. Very uncomfortable very bad customer service.

Excelente ubicación La estancia en el hotel fue muy placentera, los empleados son muy atentos y las instalaciones cuentan con una excelente ubicación!, se puede llegar en menos de 5 mits al Reliant Stadium... definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí. La habitación corresponde totalmente a las imágenes.

Buena ubicacion cerca del NRG Stadium El único inconveniente fue el trato descortés de una señorita de color que atendía en el turno nocturno, fue muy grosera cuando le pedí una sabana extra y una botella de shampoo extra ya que dejan solo una botella y éramos dos mujeres con cabello muy largo. Primero nos tuvo mucho tiempo esperando ahí en recepción para después responder con una cara de desagrado y molestia. Fuera de ese detalle todo estuvo súper bien.

Near Rice Village This location is pretty worn and dated. Although the doors do not open to the outdoors, it would've felt safer if it was kept up better and if the employees were more professional. I don't appreciate walking in and hearing the cleaning staff yelling and laughing, especially when that place needed work! The elevator smelled like urine, and the hallway carpets were very stained. Buy a spot cleaner management!!!

Very close to football stadium! I picked this hotel because it is close to the Texans stadium. It was well within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room, though it could use some updating, was very comfortable.

Awesome Hospitality I arrived a bit early before check in but the hospitality was awesome. Two young ladies working the front desk at the time was very helpful and accomodating to my needs. They were very informational and proactive.

多くは求めない方へ スタッフ等を削り、最低限のサービスを提供してくれるホテルです。ホテルは部屋にキッチンや大型の冷蔵庫が備え付けてあり、長期滞在も可能です。部屋も広いです。近隣にスーパーもあるので買い出しも可能で、その気になれば部屋で調理もできると思います。ホテルへのアクセスはMETRO RAILの駅から歩いて15分程度。真夏は厳しいかもしれませんが、十分歩ける距離です。部屋の清掃があまり行き届いていなく、前の客の髪の毛がお風呂に残っていたりしました。これもスタッフを削っている影響でしょう。宿泊中の清掃やベッドメイクは頼まないと入りません。メディカルセンターや、RELIANT PARKへの滞在には便利かと思います。
