They advertise a complimentary breakfast, but during my stay, they never served breakfast, and the excuse was always that the truck had not arrived. The hallways were filthy; they need to vacuum these carpets.

Good location . My room light bulb was out and dining table was broken ,toilet was leaking,dresser was broken,toilets cabinets door was broken. I was business trip and no time to deal with all these stuff and last minute they called to me elevator was out of service. We got second floor so need to use stair. Staff are nice but not helpful to fix or change room. I won’t go back there .

Detalles Negativos en la estancia Tuvimos muchos detalles. 1. Las 4 noches que estuvimos no funcionó el elevador, 2. La piscina/alberca estaba cerrada (según no había ido la persona que la limpia), 3. El cuarto tenia olor a cigarro, 3. Todos lo días las tarjetas se desactivaban, llegábamos cansados a las 11pm y tenía que esperar a que las activaran para entrar y 4. Los pasillos y escaleras de emergencia tenía mucho olor a comida

Unacceptable The place is run down, the elevator was out of service my room was on the third floor. The furniture in the room leaves alot to be desired old and awful. Drawers were broken floor was very sticky the kitchen just awful.

Not Sanitized Or Clean The pull out mattress had dried up blood, the older lady at front desk always looked as if she had an attitude. The walls are thin you could hear people walking … They give you half used tissue and barely give you any towels

No service, no breakfast, no coffee Although breakfast was advertised as included they never had any. On the 4th day they didnt even put out coffee.

Didn’t like anything about the property/ . It was an absolute nightmare, and it really needs to close it’s doors and shut down. Anything that can go wrong with a room. This was the place of failure. I’m disgusted with the owner of this property
