Do not stay here. The room smelled like smoke, the dishes were covered in dust and leftover food from the previous tenants. They wouldn't bring them to our room as stated, we had to get them ourselves and they didn't even have everything we needed. The phone was broken and was missing the majority of it's buttons, including the front desk ones. There is no room service. The "continental breakfast" was a joke. It was a few packages of oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins. The hotel room was disgusting when we got there. Nothing... read more

Non service hotel Dead plants at entrance. No receptionist on duty - had to be called. Had to collect hairdryer from reception and call for someone. No glasses in room. So-called breakfast a joke. Cereal but no bowls or milk. Stale muffins. Would never stay there again. Noisy airconditioner.

Look elsewhere. Check in was awful, & I don't know who to blame. I'd taken a day off at the start of my trip & it was all supposedly done by hotels.com. When I got to the hotel my reservation wasn't there. After checking, it was discovered the change hadn't been noted (hotel blamed hotels.com) so my stay was cancelled. I prepaid, so why cancel it? After much delay I had to call hotels.com, talk to 3 people & finally have them call the hotel to re-book. Well over an hour wasted. I had a non smoking room, which was fine but ha... read more

My room had multiple bugs in it, the bedding was ver uncomfortable, no ability at the hotel to do wake up calls, and their "breakfast" was basically just granola bars.

Business response:

Thank you for your valuable comments on your last stay at Extended stay Hotel NASA. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for not giving you the high standard of hospitality which is the general norm of our hotel. The problems that you mentioned have been brought to the attention to our hotel staff members. While the lack of service you experienced is unusual and not the standard of our hotel, there is no excuse for the inconvenience and annoyance those incidents caused.

Renovation planned The bathroom was so gross that I almost wanted to leave. I found out that the hotel will get a renovation in October. The first one in 24 years!!!! What a shame. Mold cracks. Cobwebs everywhere. The manage knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained how hard it was to open my door. Why didn't she fix it? So sad. Won't recommend staying at ESA ever.

Not so great. Paint was coming off the walls, things were dated and unexciting, breakfast was SO minimal. Prepackaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. It made me wonder why you charge so much for those rooms! Also, we have a large family and wanted rooms adjacent to each other. We booked almost a month in advance and had rooms at different ends of the hall. The inly great thing about it was that it was across the street from NASA.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest opinions very seriously and use them to improve our hotel as part of our company brand. We have forwarded your comments to the hotel maintenance departments, so the necessary changes can be made. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any of our other brand locations across the U.S. and Canada in the future.

Heads up!!!! Unfortunately we did not stay there. They overbooked and we were bumped. We were very disappointed and surprised that the reason was because we elected to pay at the hotel and not up front. Who I'm really upset with is Hotels.com. There is no disclaimer on the reservation or ANY TIME during the booking process. There was no way to know this except to find out at the time of checking in. It was a holiday weekend so that even added to our disappointment and frustration. For me there is no longer any loyalty to Hot... read more
