Lock on outside door broken, seen a few roaches in the room and the loud banging from the doors is annoying. But it’s quiet

Room was clean, however, there was bare minimum furniture in room. Bathroom toilet leaked all over floor, didn't flush right. No food available on premises. Outdoor close surroundings were dirty, lots of trash. No handicapped room with safety seat in shower.

There is a kitchen which was the main reason for renting. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not equipped. Kitchen pots, plates, and other utensils were available for additional rental cost or purchase.
