Hot mess. Non-smoking room reeked Of cigarettes. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Wifi wouldn't work and was told my room was too far from the wifi modem. I left 20 minutes after arriving and was refused a refund. Expedia finally came through and have me my money back.

Run down hotel The hotel is going through a renovation but unfortunately all they are doing is painting and adding cheap linens and decorations. Feels like you are staying in a basement bedroom. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are dirty and smell bad. I had to change rooms three times... First had no heater or working phone, second had no lighting in the bathroom... Personal When I book hotel and paid I was supposed to get first floor, dog friendly, I was stick on the 3rd fl. Terriable
Worst hotel stay ever Power was out, room smelled of chemicals
Stayed there to attend a concert very close. To the venue but received. A smoking room. When asked for non smoking She made amend to. problem. NOT THE WORST. but definately. Not the best
Bad Experience Room had a been smoked in, hair in bottom of shower, very dirty
Business Trip The experience was horrible from beginning to end. To begin with they did NOT have a hair dryer, shampoo but no cream rinse, there were bugs in my room and a cobweb (they came in the room when I was NOT there and WITHOUT my peermission to remove it) so I was being bitten by spiders at night. My curtains had holes in the rubber backing putting bizarre patterns of sun in the room. They only had decaf coffee for my room.
