Room smelled like cigarettes; a few roaches were seen; kitchenette cabinets were old and falling apart; main door had a gap to the outside.

The elevator was out so had to carry a load of things up a flight of stairs. The room somewhat had a mildew smell.

HORRIBLE Horrible. I booked my stay thinking it is located at the Woodlands. Upon checked in, the guy at the counter was nice. however when we arrived at our room, the tv was not working, microwave was also not working. I called the front desk and informed the guy to make sure that we don't get billed for any incidental fees. Not only was the Tv not working it has a BIG cracked.
