Great Staff, Disappointing Room It almost looked like the room was gutted, no lamps (holes in the wall where fixtures used to be), all the light switches appeared to be punched in so we were unable to turn the lights off which made it difficult to sleep, only one tiny shampoo (no conditioner) for two adults, for two nights... and no blankets just two sheets in the middle of winter?? The card readers on the doors need to be checked or changed out. I had to change rooms 3 times because the card reader wasn’t working properly.

Great service to the rescue. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. I believe the person who helped me was Trina. The first room was not cleaned and the second from the AC was running even after I set to heat. I pick this location because on breakfast and internet. No breakfast but most importantly there was internet but it was so bad it took 5 mins to load the page to my access my email. I did have the option to upgrade if I paid....... super important tip; I would have been less upset if you would have just charged me for... read more

Had to keep the A/C running all day & night in order to keep the musty smell at bay. Had to buy air freshener.. Bed felt itchy though did not see any sign of bedbugs.
