Horrible Sheets and pillows were horrible. Could not sleep on the bed since it was to broken in. The smell of the rooms was horrible. Beds were supposed to be queen size but were full size beds. Just a horrible stay.

Stay The place was easy to find and it is a beautiful place, a couple things could be better my door did not lock properly

Son lost card so I made and paid for 4 nights stay on my card. Also completed the hotels 3rd party authorization form to cover any incidental charges (phone, mini bar). Son called me Thursday and said hotel did not find reservation and woud be using the card info from 3rd party auth and at full price (hotels.com had special $45. per night for 3 days and one night full price). I called the hotel and provided the hotels.com reservation # and they could not find. I did raise my voice w\ the personnel (she wouldnt listen and kep... read more

Friendly staff with great customer service experience and I would definitely recommend someone else and the rates are very affordable and reasonable.
